Located in West Palm Beach, the base facility and sponsor of a all osteopathic training programs within PBCGME is PBCGME/Columbia Hospital, a 250-bed hospital accredited by both the Joint Commission and American Osteopathic Association. PBCGME/Columbia Hospital has been involved in medical education since opening its doors in 1975. Columbia Hospital hosts Rotating Internship, Internal Medicine, Dermatology and combined Medicine/Pediatrics training programs. PBCGME is in the process of applying for a Palliative Care fellowship to be based out of Columbia Hospital.

PBCGME / Palms West Hospital

Located Loxahatchee, PBCGME/Palms West Hospital is the home of the Children's Hospital, which offers a full complement of healthcare services and is a hub of specialized pediatrics services for a six county surrounding area. Staffed by board-certified pediatricians and pediatric specialists, our pediatric unit features 29 all-private beds and 8 PICU beds. Our PICU is staffed by a team of high-level healthcare professionals and features the latest equipment for the most critically ill young patients. Our staff of 35 general pediatricians and 29 sub-specialists essentially covers all specialty areas. PBCGME/Palms West Hospital is home to a Rotating Internship and Pediatrics residency training program.

PBCGME / St. Lucie Medical Center

PBCGME/St. Lucie Medical Center is a 229 bed, acute care facility, having recently expanded to create a new 35 bed Orthopedic and Spine Institute. SLMC has nationally recognized orthopedics and surgery programs, provides outpatient rehabilitation and advanced diagnostic imaging technology including digital mammography and breast MRI, and offers daVinci8 robotic-assisted surgeryfor prostate, general and gynecological surgeries. PBCGME/St. Lucie Medical Center is home to our Emergency Medicine residency training program.

In addition to a modern acute care medical facility PBCGME/University Hospital and Medical Center boasts a beautiful free standing state of the art behavioral health facility featuring four units with 30 semi-private patient rooms, cafeteria, gym, pool, and indoor and outdoor group areas. PBCGME is in the process of applying for a new residency training program in psychiatry, to be based out of University Hospital and Medical Center.
